I'll add... It's not the airbag you have to worry about (there are FAR too many fail-safes.)

It's eletrocuting yourself with the electric horn spade connector.

YIKES!!!!! The airbags don't actually have fail-safes. You just give them 12V and they go BOOOOOOOOM!!!!! The SRS system has fail-safes to prevent accidental deployment, but the airbags are just simple explosive charges. To dispose of an un-popped airbag, you simply apply 12V to make it pop (with the airbag contained in a stack of tires for safety).
