I know this is a teeny bit off-topic, but I love looking at these people running around in 40-degree weather in shorts. When I look down, I know why they are wearing them. Tattoos. I rarely see people wearing shorts when it isn't "shorts" weather without seeing tattoos they are trying to show for as long in the season as possible.

Short rule! I suppose if I had them on my legs I would do the same thing. I have them only on my forearms, so I wear black tees all year round. I actually do, but in winter I put on hoodies, so I am covered up. I could cut off the sleeves of the hoodies I guess.
