That was a really neat movie to watch. The creator did an excellent job editing the footage and the captions flowed nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed that :) Thanks for the post.

Seriously, glad you guys enjoyed it.  Yeah, I suppose they could have gotten in serious trouble... all I was thinking when I was watching this movie is how cool it would be to grow up with a geek Dad like that ;) Too bad the battery gave up right before landing. |

Though I wonder how many people can pull this off (I remember another fellow that did a similar thing 2 years ago) before our beauracratic and paranoid government enacts a permit process to even purchase a weather balloon.

Now if the movie "Up" was like this. Too bad they couldnt use the iphone camera and gps at the same time, theres Multitasking fail for ya.
The radio interference they picked up was probably Cybertronian, Decepticons are poised to attack anytime now.
