Ah, sorry I missed that thread. I saw the "prayer" title and stayed away...

The only thing I can tell you in case that helps any, is that in my opinion, we go through cycles in life, sometimes everything works out OK and then we hit a bad cycle and everything seems to fall apart all at once. And then, one day, when all seems lost and you feel like you just can't take it anymore, all of a sudden, bam, you're out of the cycle. I don't know how to explain it but it seems to have worked that way for me. There are bad periods and then they're over, and then they start again. It's just a matter of going through it all and having faith that you will make it through.

Stuff that helps, IMO: turn to your friends (online too), turn to what makes you happy, to make it through. For me, it's hanging out with the dogs at the coffee shop, going for a walk with my iPod and forgetting all other responsibilities for a couple of hours or so, or going to the movies, volunteering (makes me forget my own problems) stuff like that. It helps you cope, I think.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is hang in there, and keep you chin up and eventually the "bad cycle" will be over.
