With 16 x 7, ET37 and 1" drop, I'd run 195/50/16's.

Aw.. That's what I'm running on now with the stock oem rims... Wanted to go 215/45/16 but I'm pretty sure it'll rub, would 205/50/16 work? I want a slightly wider track.

205/50/16 is what usually people do.

My friens Yaris w/ SSR 4 spoke wheels, he has been running Bridgestone 205/50/16s on it. Looks meaty and 205 is the best width imo, but if you are going extreme, then you may want to do wider. He also on dropped on TEIN coilovers adjusted to 1.5 all around and it doesnt rub. I've driven it for about a week when my car was in the shop for a month long mod.
