Who charged you $130 to install a $20 belt?

I have the NST 10%UD pulley. I have always had a squeal on cold startup with this pulley. Can't get rid of it with belt replacement or adjusting tension. Can't say as the pulley is destroying the belt tho. Wife did once gun it out of the driveway cold with the A/C on. Belt squealed so bad I could smell the rubber wafting up the driveway. That wasn't good.

As far as improving F/E, haven't noticed a lick of difference. Engine does spin up quicker, and this is with A/T.
