I get lots of bass, and generally have to keep the bass control fairly low on the head unit. IMO having tweeters on the dashboard would improve top end presence that bit more. Having them project toward my knees, the way they are right now, isn't really ideal. I haven't upgraded the stock Toyota speaker wires, as IMO that's quite unnecessary in this application.
