FWIW, I bought a cheapish ODB scanner from Ebay which was meant to be for the Yaris. It ruined the entire car. Nothing worked afterwards. The engine idled at 300 revs, the gearbox didn't work etc etc.
So, I bought another specific to Toyota (can't remember the name but it was a Canadian company). Rubbish. The bluetooth connection never worked and it told you wonderful things like your road speed only when it did work |
