1. Douse yourself in alcohol.

2. Wear panties on your head with no other garments.

3. Weave in traffic until you finally get stopped.

4. Pour a bag of Pop-Rocks in your mouth and take a big hit of Jolt Cola (with out swallowing) right before the LEO steps up to the car and try to say your ABC's.

That should make for an interesting afternoon IMO.
