holly cow!! that had to hurt! I'm sure some forum members will take some parts off your hands. |

If the front or rear was not hit, airbags would not deploy.
But WOW that was a severe hit on the side, surprised you didnt get smashed ;x |

Unbelievable. I am so glad you didn't die.
Also, I don't know how other cars would hold up in the same situation but seems like Yaris didn't do so well. Maybe, those reports about Yaris not being so safe is true... |

Good to know you're OK! This is a testament of how well these cars protect their occupants.
@CTScott: Let me see you bring this one back from the dead!

I am super glad your not hurt.
These crashes make me feel more secure... As bad as that sounds. That if the Yaris can save you from something that does that to itself, then I feel pretty good about driving it on a daily basis. Not that I am going to try to get in a crash or anything, but rather just knowing that these little cars have been through some major hell and kept their driver alive.

Don't even think about this stuff, it's foolish to worry when there's usually nothing you can do about it. It may be lack of responsibility from the other party that causes a crash, but from your side of the spectrum it's an accident. And accidents are accidents, as far as I'm concerned.

I know I'm not the first to say this, but holy shit! And this is the first one I've heard that caused injuries. You're lucky to be alive...
