How about an explanation of why the forum has been down so much lately?
As the title says, can the mods or owners of the forum tell us why the forum has been down so much an for so long lately?

The admins never approach the mods beforehand, so I have no idea. Maybe at some point we will be worthy of an explanation by Bueller/Vitzboy, but it sure seems unlikely based on past performance.

I honestly don't think that that admins are real admins...they are just a host for the site. I has been this way for years.

sure seems like the site is a lot more snappy right now than usual. Maybe it should go down more, heh.

This site has lost or has limited use by quality members from the past. The outages lately don't help much for the people that are still with us.

Unreliable site!
I'm new here, but power-user of similar forums. So sorry for the flame ...
The server/host is awful. Down a lot, then painfully slow, wouldn't post my response to someone's question this morning, etc. Who owns the site? It's acting like is running through a modem to a personal computer. Have you investigated moving to a new professional host, like the one that www.rav4world.com is on? Please LMK! |

^ The site owner is Yaris Bueller. He's the only one as far as I know that could make decisions for the whole site.

Yes, even on my normally crappy connection, it's been pretty snappy since the last maintenance the admins did :)
