dealer fee's?
I'm searching for a new car for my mom because there are no good deals on used cars in the area and you might as well take advantage of low to no finance rates. My question is can you negotiate on the dealer fee and delivery charge? most dealers around here charge 399 for a "documentation fee" and 799 for delivery charge. She is seriously thinking about a base kia soul does anyone have experience with those?
