Yaris 2016 sedan Y1.3 wheel fitment advise

Hello world...newbie here, I just purchased a Yaris sedan 2016 Y 1.3 | 14" steel wheels and planning to change the rims to a 17"(205/45 R17), is it advisable ?

Automatic or manual transmission? It makes a difference.

That's a nice little car! 17" wheels will certainly look good, but the 1.3L only produces 83HP, so acceleration will probably suffer... and so will fuel consumption.

The general rule with automatics is that the overall outside diameter has to stay within plus or minus 3% of the factory original rim + tyre. I recommend using the tire size calculater on 1010tires.com to see what works for your car.
