What does this mean? (Japanese Sticker)

I just got this sticker in the mail and I think it looks pretty cool. But I don't really want to stick something on my car before I know what it actually means. Could someone help me out here? TIA

Yup... The NA part I get. It's the rest that's got me confused.

NAchiyuun no naruhodo

-chiyuun (written across the top in katakana) idk, but this style usually refers to words non-native to Japanese. they may be used to resemble sounds... poissibly the word "tune" or with the NA, a play on words to read "NAtion"... again idk

-no (following "chiyuun" on top in hiragnana) possessive particle

-naruhodo (across bottom in hiragana) could be translated as "indeed!, I see!, or I get it!"

... the three characters in the bubble read su, chi, and shi (also in hiragana)

you're on your own after that

toyotehinohirahito (in katakana)... yes it reads "te" not "ta"

i recognize some of the kanji characters in the black box, but I couldn't pronounce them... i barely passed 2nd level Japanese in school

NA Tune (Naturally Aspirated Tune)
Naruhodo NA = I see! The "NA" part is intended to be a pun in Japanese as the NA means Naturally aspirated, but is also part of the sentence in the Japanese language.
Cute sticker, would look great on old school cars in my opinion.

This second one is a replica, but a terrible one as the Japanese characters aren't correct.
It suppose to read "TOYOTA TECHNOCRAFT" in Japanese "katakana" characters. But instead it reads "TOYOTE TEFNOFRAFT" (lol)
The white lettering on black background just means "company" or "Inc." in Japanese.

My turn! lol

Since we're asking what Japanese stickers mean, what do these two say? I know they're emission type stickers but that's it.

The green one reads that the vehicle exceeds the 2010 minimum fuel ratings by 5%.
The blue one is for low exhaust emissions, 75% cut from min. requirements in 2005.
