NAchiyuun no naruhodo
-chiyuun (written across the top in katakana) idk, but this style usually refers to words non-native to Japanese. they may be used to resemble sounds... poissibly the word "tune" or with the NA, a play on words to read "NAtion"... again idk -no (following "chiyuun" on top in hiragnana) possessive particle -naruhodo (across bottom in hiragana) could be translated as "indeed!, I see!, or I get it!" ... the three characters in the bubble read su, chi, and shi (also in hiragana) you're on your own after that
