yea it is a big effing commitment........i was on this shake for about 1.5 month and i wanted to gain a bit of fat first then start workin out.....i gained 1kg a week which was good since i was still eating the same and not working out. i stopped cuz the shake is sooo damn nasty, i would gag everytime i would try to finish the drink in 1 min. That shake had i think 800cal per serv which was good cuz more calories means more weight gain.....people think its the fat intake which is so wrong.

anyway about 6 months ago i tried a shake with 250 cal per serv, i gained NOTHING.......so ya :)

different diets for different people......not all same diets will work since everyone is different....
