You can do almost everything you need to do with a pull up bar, push ups, and dumbells, I myself have a home gym but even without it you can manage. Probably want to invest in an adjustable bench to go with your dumbells and get yourself a pull up bar. you'll be set. and EAT. You don't have to cook the fish, you can eat tuna or grab some sushi.you'll be alright. as long as you get on track with something serious I think you'll see results and you will get more and more involved with it, diet and all. Everyone has to start somewhere.
