3. & 4. Disc Brake? Common issue since they are kind of oversized. Use the handbrake if safe to "polish" and "clean" the rear disc brakes. I do this from time to time. If the brakes make weird sounds check the pads and sand the edges of the pads. Re-Install with ceramic based antiseize on the back (!!) of the pads.

Drum brake? Sand the drum and paint it with heat-resistant paint. Get the inner side of the drum cleaned with brake cleaner.
