a cheap alternative is to offer the calendar in .pdf form.. no printing costs and no shipping costs (just a download fee or donation via paypal) and it's up to each buyer to print the calendar at their local Kinko's

Great idea !

I don't use paper calendars anymore, got so many already from vendors, etc., but maybe some screen savers shots with a little calendar at the bottom? (one for each month?)
