So innocent until proven guilty means nothing to you? Obviously 50 over in heavy traffic or surface streets is retarded, but I've been on the 401 out in the east suburbs around 2-4am many times and hardly ever see another car there. Cruising 150-200km/h at times like that wouldn't really put anyone at risk. Wouldn't even have to change lanes to go around somebody if you stay in the left.
