Can you get Motul 8100 X-Max LL01 5w-30? or Total(ELF) QuartZ Platinum 0w-30? These are real synthetic oils. IDK where the idea that RP is a top syn comes from. AFAIK it semi syn - in U.S. oils do not have to be true synthetic to say "Full Synthetic' on the product label. Insanity!

Correct, I didn't say the 0W-30 was the Extended Life Oil. The Advanced Fuel Economy oil is the one that comes in 0-W30. The Extended Life Oil comes in 5W-30 I believe.
And Mobile 1 5W-30 is fully synthetic, it's not a semi-synthetic. The Mobil 1 website explains it all.

Yep. Motorcycles have put out some astounding specific power figures for a long time, by buzzing up to really high RPM by automotive standards.

That explains your manual's recommendation of 0W-20 oil. In the U.S. Toyota still recommends 5W-30 for the 1500cc 1NZ-FE engine, though a service bulletin says 5W-20 may be used.
