The bigger TB will increase your overall throttle response. There's a bit on an adjustment required on your part (basically, one needs to be less hard on the pedal). Although to be honest, the throttle controller that I have installed makes that effect much more apparent.

I can't remember right now, but I believe it was more to the right (CW) than the left (CCW), but it really should depend on your particular installation. You can adjust it while the engine is on, but don't trust it too much... The ECU will also try to auto-adjust over the next few days. If you don't feel that it's perfect you can always try adjusting it further. Just be careful not to strip the screw!
