Verdict not bad. Didn't put a smile on me face like an old school 2007 Yaris did. Not getting that go cart experience. But it isn't too bad. You have to rev the tits out of this to get the most of it. On the motorway it's sitting at 3'5 grand rev is kinda loud. Maybe it's been awhile since i have driven small hatches. But the noise lol. Overall it's very refined, i guess. Probably sell it in a few years.
Not exactly a rave review I've always been a fan of Honda's fit and finish. They're inputs are very crispy, too. Steering, gearbox, etc. I remember hating my Yaris gearbox having come from a Civic before it.

The engine is strong for what it is but it revs to 3.5 at 70 miles/h at the motor way. Sounds like a sewing machine The gear box is notchy. I can't remember the Yaris being this notchy. I prefer the slide and glide in type.

It's refine though. It's not a fidgety as the yaris.

But future plans is to engine swap L15B7. I believe it's the same engine in the civic and CRV.

That's about where the yaris would sit at 70mph on the hiway no?

Honestly I dont remember. My red car's speedo reads faster due to the Xd transmission and slightly smaller tires, and the blue car's speedo reads slower due to the oversized tires.

I Agree. May have to mt90 redline this because the gearbox is very notchy.

I figured out how she likes to be shifted. It needs to be cupped and put into gears....

Anyway, this car is very refined. Rides the bumps so good. The engine likes to be revved out and it's kinda fun...

It just needs better noise insulation and it's almost perfect daily..

Are they not made in China?

That would make me a little nervous

Honda fits are made in China? The only thing that I can see wrong with this is the left front door needs an extra thump to close. Damn, you... CHINA.

I will comb it through to see if there's anymore imperfection i can find.
