I've been loking at in-dash nav/cd/dvd for a while and it seems most are pretty expensive expet for JVC(which cnet.com rated as best buy). I dont really like JVC but I think with all options and price compared I would go with the Poineer AVIC N3. Check it out or just wait a while for prices to drop cause I dont think they are selling too well since they are pushed for the normal consumer.

The pioneers arent really that expensive relative to other brand name units. For comparison check out the Eclipse AVN6610 or the 5510. Almost double the price although even I will admit they are overkill for the Yaris at full retail price.

I plan on getting the Garmin Nuvi 660 or 650 portable gps. They 660 goes for about $650 and the 650 goes for about $550. I plan on putting it in the drivers glovebox, and just closing the glovebox when ever I park. So there will be no evidence. If your interested you can check them out at Garmin.com.

The best way to get a awsome in-dash is go to a flea market and thats where all the stolen high end navis are

But I gotta admit, the Pioneer AVIC-D3 looks just so sweet... Navigation is probably useless here if they don't have Thailand maps, but just for the looks (and red lighting), I may swap mine out
