Silencing Tanabe Medalion Touring?

One of the things I don't like about the Tanabe Medalion Touring (or any aftermarket exhaust) is the additional noise it introduces inside the car.

Will this help lower the noise from the exhaust inside the car?

I emailed Tanabe a couple of weeks ago and asked them this:

Is there a silencer or baffle that works with the Medalion Touring that was installed on my Yaris during the R&D session?

I really want to cut down on the interior noise that's been added since installing the Medalion Touring.

this is what they said:

We don't have anything as far as that goes for the Medalion Touring. If you really must cut down on the noise some more, you could take your car to an exhaust shop and ask if they can install another resonator somewhere in the middle of the piping.
