If Toyota thought that there was a decently-sizable market for it (in terms of profit) then they would release it here. Unfortunetly (& sadly), the U.S. is the land of abundant muffin-tops driving their SUV/Crossover vehicles & Trucks.
 They would never pay $30-40K for a subcompact "Yaris" performance car - even if they could actually fit into them.  -
