just got home.. went to get my friend a hot cocoa from the machine.. as i was putting the cap on, the machine friggin dripped a giant splat of HOT water right on my hand.. i spilled it all over the floor and had to run to get paper towels to clean it up, then back to my desk for more change so i could get another one.. all of this in 5" heels! why did i pick today to wear my heels.. damnit!

things are going a little better with her, so it will take some time.. she didnt make a single jab at me today.. thats a big jump from her wanting to kick my ass... im still deciding if i should go to the concert next week with her and friends, go by myself or just give up my ticket. im kinda leaning towards go by myself.. dont know that i want the glares and dirty talk to my face.... :cry:

I was like a kid going to geek camp... I was able to ask so many questions about satellites and stuff. When we got to the really esoteric and difficult physics theories, I fell asleep.

Charles, I like that you said #2 there. I get to see my boy about once a month, and he's in Pittsburgh, so for me that's 6 hours, one way. He's still too young to know what 12 hours of driving means, but it's worth every minute we have together.

but he took them last weekend (not his normal weekend) as a favor to me. So, I repaid the favor. I'm not mean...and willing to go half-way. The girls like to see him. It's not about me...besides, I do like driving my Yaris...lol..... it's a win-win thing. I've come to appreciate the break every other weekend, too.
