They're beautiful. Like a weeping willow, but with white flowers in the spring then small "cherries" and leaves throughout the summer. Here's a couple of pics. Might be a down South thing. Too cold for them up there.

I was on OT starting yesterday morning and make close to what you are getting with exchange rates.

Went to work today, which I was told was solely on my own initiative. I did not have to come in but wanted to come in. This is the first long run test series which is on my watch. I wanted to get a fair cross section of data and show the flag on a holiday weekend.

People today underestimate the power of effective leadership and morale. Morale can move mountains but only if the people doing the labor see that the folks making the decisions will back their plays with action. If I think that the project matters it's on me to be there when it's not convenient.

I hope it was appreciated. The production staff shook my hand before they went home for the day. I in turn continued on for a while longer and then left, happy with the progress that I made and the quality of workmanship of the production group. I think the customer will be happy.

went to "east coast wings" resturant tonight and they had this deal that goes on, on tuesdays, thursdays and sundays....

if your cheque ends in a certain number(#3 tonight) you get to throw a dart at a dart board to receive a certain amount of discount off your meal....

well anyways.
My dad tried it and totally missed(much to his embarrisment because the whole resturant was watching...) so they let him go again and he got it square in the middle and everyone in the resturant cheered!

we got our meal 100% free, minus a nice tip :p
