I've passed up the idea of the suede and am going to keep the same fabric, but just pull it and the seat fabric covers (seperate the foam) and dye them black. It's all more or less dark blue, not true black right now and it bothers me a bit. But all black and black dots, it will look ok and save some money in the long run

Mike, the foam and the fabric are nearly fused together, it would take hours just to carefully seperate the foam from one door panel. it took me like fifteen to twenty minutes to peel back the fabric from the door panels (each door) and even when being extremely careful, some of the foam still stuck to the plastic of the doors.

Guess I'll break out the 55 gallon drumb and dunk the whole seat then, lol. The foam I'm not worried about as I have plenty left over from my previous builds on the Impala and Jeep. As long as I can get it off, I can replace it, but if it's fused like you said, then that's a problem. Are you sure you just didn't have too many raaman farts fusing it together:biggrin:

Congrats on being able to pay off the bills but shouldn't you know exactly what your salary or hourly wage will be before you start work? What if it had turned out that you made 75% less than you thought? You would have already put in those hours.

Anyways, it turned out much better this way. Does the pay vary month to month or do you really make 75% more for the whole year?
